Nincompoop liao...receive the rumour, solar eclipse will happen on 22 July, the recent solar eclipse on January 26, 2009, was an annular eclipse, while the solar eclipse on July 22, 2009 was a total solar eclipse, waiting like donkey...looking up the sky for whole day.."when will this going to ''perform'' in front of me ?? i expect..? .too OVER ..i waited till night! my dad jeered..you still waiting for solar eclipse ah?ridiculous?~huh~it's okie..forget about it...already drag my bro down to my "water",he became cameraman, at least today should have "harvest"gua..the next day,i watched news~...:a total eclipse of the Sun will be the longest total solar eclipse of the 21st century, lasting at greatest eclipse 6 minutes, 39 seconds. The eclipse starts at 5:24 pm PDT on July 21st (which is July 22nd on the eastern side of the world). Between 6:37 pm PDT and 6:43 pm PDT, the moon will be completely covered by the sun. At 8:03 pm PDT, the sun will make its last contact with the moon and the eclipse will be over.A partial eclipse will be seen from the much broader path of the Moon's penumbra, including most of South East Asia (all of INDIA and CHINA) and north-eastern Oceania.YEEE???~~NOT Malaysia MEH????
